This sculpture includes a wishing stone suspended in the heart. A wishing stone is a rock that has an unbroken ring around its surface. this wishing stone represents one's hopes and dreams, yet it is held by a rope which is frayed and could snap at any moment, sending their hopes and dreams crashing downward.
